Any client of Praise Designs must sign a standard Independent Contractor Agreement. This a protection for both parties. Any content commissioned is considered a “work for hire” and will belong to the client once completed and compensation is received. Praise Designs will not replicate designs. Content is only transferrable to a single client, and may not be resold to other third parties.
